Our Magnesium Oil is a solution of filtered water and magnesium chloride. The source of the magnesium chloride is important as it affects the purity, so we use only top quality Zechstein magnesium. Apply to clean, dry skin, avoiding sensitive areas. Apply to arms, legs and/or torso.

Caution

About 6 good sprays provide roughly 100mg of magnesium. The recommended average daily intake is around 300mg-420 mg. Consult your doctor first if you are already taking supplements. Not to be used as a replacement for oral magnesium. Not to be taken. Please note that this product does not come with a spray nozzle.

After application, you may notice a slight salt-like mineral residue and a mild stinging sensation. This can indicate a skin sensitivity. The sensation usually dissipates after a short time or with repeated use. Rinse and wipe off immediately if uncomfortable.
