Worm Casting 10L ( 10kg)
Once the feedstock is on site our entire focus is to produce the highest quality casting as we possibly can. Most of our efforts on site is making sure the worms are as happy and productive as possible.
Our worms are fed a variety of foods alternating between fresh & composted fruit & veg, aged/composted horse manure, aged wood chip with a high leaf content & cured compost
.The worms have been able to process everything they can fit in their mouths multiple times, this builds “microbial glues” that when applied to the soil it binds fine particles forming something called soil aggregates. these aggregates make it easier for roots, air and water to move through the soil, it also helps compost tea applications stick to leaves.
Additional Feedstock:
Neem cake
Kelp meal
Basalt rock dust (small amounts)
Ground malted barley
Microfine lime
Compost tea left overs
This creates a high quality finished Vermicompost. Rich in humic acid & a huge benefit to soil health, seed germination, plant disease/pest immunity.
